**Orders by non-serious buyers are automatically cancelled .

**All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis .

**Reservation valid MAX for 2 WEEK only with 50% deposit. After 2 weeks does not make any remaining payment, the deposit will be lost and the item will be released for sale.

**Payment can be made via Cimb or Maybank in 36hours after confirmation .

**All TRANSACTIONS made ​, FEEDBACK and INVOICE are through EMAIL. Please make sure that your email used in order form is correct as we will send response using email.

**If payment is not made then the item will be released for sale .

**Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable .

**We will not be responsible for any lost or damages during delivery .

**Buyer are to bear all shipping cost .All items will be delivered via PosLaju or others . We only accept COD for LT Deli Durian Crepe.

**Shipping will be on monday , wednesday and friday only .
